Gil Grissom: Obviously most of crime scene investigation is about seeing. But much of it is about hearing as well. Listening.
Knowing how to listen. Not just to what people are saying but how they say it ... how their tone of voice matches their facial
expressions or body posture. So, even if I read lips and know what they're saying ... it's not enough.
